The Sterling 2-Year Workmanship Warranty

What is covered

For two years from the date of project completion, Sterling Painting and Drywall will repair, at no cost to you, any failure of our workmanship, including:

• Peeling, blistering, or flaking of paint or finish caused by our application
• Adhesion failure of coatings we applied to surfaces we prepared
• Failure of drywall taping, patching, or skim coat work we performed, including visible seams or cracking at our repairs
• Finish defects in cabinet refinishing work, including chipping or peeling of sprayed coatings under normal household use

What is not covered

• Damage from structural movement, settling, or new cracks in the underlying structure
• Damage caused by water intrusion, leaks, or moisture from any source other than our work
• Normal wear, scuffs, impact damage, or damage from cleaning with abrasive or solvent products
• Surfaces we identified in the written proposal as pre-existing conditions painted at the owner's request
• Materials themselves, which carry their manufacturer's own warranty (we register premium Benjamin Moore products where applicable)

How a claim works

Call or text (973) 452-6654 or email sterlingdnt@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. Bill reviews every claim personally, usually the same day. If it is covered, we schedule the repair at your convenience and fix it with the same products and the same crew. No forms, no deductible, no arguing.
